1. What’s the difference between your BB and CC creams?
Our BB creams provide medium coverage with skincare benefits, perfect for evening out skin tone while hydrating. CC creams offer color correction with lighter coverage, ideal for addressing redness or discoloration. Both formulas contain nourishing ingredients to improve your skin’s appearance over time.
2. Are your hydrating and repair treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our Hydrating & Repair collection is formulated with gentle, effective ingredients. However, we recommend patch testing any new product. If you have specific concerns, our customer service team can help you select the perfect products for your skin type.
3. Do you offer sample sizes before I commit to full-size products?
Currently, we don’t offer sample sizes, but we stand behind our products with a 15-day return policy if you’re not completely satisfied. Many of our products also come in travel sizes that let you try them at a lower cost.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long will my order take to arrive?
After 1-2 business days for processing, delivery times are:
• Standard Shipping: 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx ($12.95)
• Free Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS (orders over $50)

2. Which countries do you ship to?

2. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. How long does it take to process a refund?

Unopened products typically last 2-3 years. Once opened, most products should be used within 6-12 months (check the packaging symbol showing an open jar with a number, indicating months). Always store products properly and discontinue use if you notice changes in color, texture, or smell.
