Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Love My Skin Shop products as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare products (BB creams, CC creams, moisturizers, tinted moisturizers)
- Products without original packaging or seals
- Products purchased more than 15 days ago
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
- Your order number
- Product(s) for return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization
- Return shipping address
- Any special instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the provided address. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Insuring the package for its full value
- Retaining your shipping receipt
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you of approval/rejection within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 3-10 additional business days for your bank to process the refund
Exchange Process
- Equal value exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement once we process your return
- Higher value exchanges: Place a new order for the difference
- Shipping charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with returns. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded for international orders. Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
